~Movie Comments~
This movie is a masterpiece that every movie lover must have seen. I would like to introduce it to you first because I have seen it many times and I love it. It teaches the importance of continuing to look forward no matter how tough the situation is and the importance of keeping our hopes, dreams, and aspirations alive. If you blame the environment, you will not be able to start anything. Just like the main character, I need to focus on "What can I do now? Like the main character, I would like to concentrate on "what I can do now" and make steady efforts.
I never knew this movie was an adaptation of a Stephen King novel, no wonder it's a masterpiece! I watched it when I was younger and I only remember feeling emotional at the end of it but I don't remember much of the story. Thanks for writing about it, I'll have to rewatch it soon!
返信削除I have seen this movie too, and it is also my favorite :) I think Morgan Freeman is a good actor, I can't believe he is now in his 80s! A couple of years ago, I remember being shocked to hear the news that he died, but it was a fake news after all, and he seems to be very active starring in an upcoming movie "A Good Person".

削除The part where Andy finally escaped by going through those nasty sewers and being rained down is the best part of the film, whenever I see it, it brings a sense of hope and euphoria and you can't help but feel good when you see Andy free!
